What is this app?
The Goldgar USA Guest Parking App lets registered residents with an active Guest Pass share guest parking access with their visitors β all from their phone or computer. No paper forms, no phone calls. Guest hour and stay limits are set by your community's HOA; Goldgar USA enforces them here.

- Or give guests a personal code to submit a request themselves, which you then review and approve
- Track how much guest parking time β and how many guest vehicles at once β you have left
Do I have access to this app?
Access is available only to residents who have completed their Goldgar USA account registration, hold at least one active Vehicle Pass, and have purchased a current Guest Pass. Simply creating an account on the website does not give you access.
I'm a resident β how do I use this?
Follow these six steps to get up and running.
Go to goldgarusa.com/pages/my-account using the email address your account is registered under. Once signed in, open the Guest Parking App to access your dashboard.
Your Guest Code is a short code like G-1234 or V-5678. You don't need it for the fastest way to add a guest (next step) — it's for the one case where your guest submits a request themselves, without a link from you.
- Open the Guest Parking App while logged in
- Tap the View Guest Code button near the top of the dashboard
- A popup shows your code β tap it to copy it instantly
- Your code also appears on your account profile page under the Guest Parking section
Tap + Add a safelist on your dashboard. By default you register the guest yourself — just their plate and how long they'll stay:
- Enter your guest's license plate — no make, model, or color needed
- Pick a duration — 6h 12h 1 day 2 day 3 day or Other for a custom start and end time
- Tap Submit — your guest is registered immediately, nothing to approve
- Adding more than one guest for the same visit? Tap + Add vehicle (up to 10). It becomes a Party safelist, and each plate still gets its own row
- Don't have your guest's plate handy? Toggle Send link to guest
- Pick the duration, then copy or share the generated link by text or email
- Your guest opens it and enters their own plate — also registered immediately, nothing to approve on your side
- A single-guest link expires in 15 minutes. Toggle Share to party for a link good for up to 10 guests, valid until the stay ends
There's a third way: give your guest your Guest Code (from Step 2) and send them to the public request page to submit it themselves. That's the one path where you review and approve before they're cleared to park — covered next.

This step only applies when your guest submits their own request using your Guest Code on the public request page. A guest you registered yourself, or one who used a link you sent, is already active — there's nothing to approve for those. For a code-based request, you'll get a notification and it will appear in your dashboard under "Guest Parking Requests."

Every community has a monthly or yearly limit. Your dashboard shows a usage bar so you can see how much time you've used and how much you have left.
If adding a guest would exceed your remaining limit, the app flags it right there so you can shorten the stay before submitting.
Your dashboard organizes guest vehicles by month, with current stays at the top. You can edit or cancel a stay anytime.

- Past stays are grouped by month so you can browse your history easily
- Edit start or end time on any upcoming or current stay
- Cancel a stay that hasn't ended yet
I'm a guest β how do I submit a request?
Three simple steps. No account or login needed.
Ask the resident you're visiting for their Guest Code β it looks like G-1234 or V-5678. You cannot submit a request without it.

You do not need an account or login. If your host sent you a link, just tap it β the form will pre-fill your host's info and dates automatically.
The experience differs slightly depending on how your host shared access:
- The community, address, and dates are already filled in and locked β you only need to enter your vehicle info
- Enter your license plate, make, model, color, and name
- Tap Submit Request
- Your vehicle is registered immediately β no waiting for host approval
- Step 1: Select community β type address β enter the Guest Code β tap Verify Code
- Step 2: Review the community parking rules β tap Continue
- Step 3: Enter your vehicle info and parking dates β tap Submit Request
- Your host will be notified and must approve before your vehicle is cleared to park
Extended or Special Request Stays
Need to host a guest longer than your community's monthly or yearly hours allow? You can request an extended stay for our team to review.
- Family or friends visiting for a long weekend, holiday, or special event
- An out-of-town guest staying beyond your standard guest-hours allotment
- Any stay that would push you over your monthly or yearly hours
- Add the guest as usual through + Add a safelist, with the dates you actually need
- If that stay is longer than your community allows, the app flags it automatically and submits it for admin review instead of registering it right away β no separate form to find
- The request goes to the Goldgar USA admin inbox for manual review
- The admin may approve or deny β you'll see the result on your dashboard under Extended Stay Requests
Extended stay requests are reviewed manually and can take several days to approve. Submit well in advance of when the guest will arrive. If the vehicle parks before the request is approved, it may still receive a violation.
Approved extended stays don't count against your normal guest-parking limit.

The code looks like G-1234 or V-5678. If you don't see one in either place, contact us and we'll add it right away.
Your history is preserved. When your email is updated, all your past guest parking registrations and your guest code stay linked to your account β nothing is lost and no duplicate account is created.
Log in and go to your Guest Parking dashboard. Pending requests appear at the top under "Guest Parking Requests." You'll also receive an email notification.
1. How much total guest time you're allowed in a period (hours per month or year). Your dashboard's usage bar tracks this.
2. How many guest vehicles can be parked at the same time β some communities allow only one, others allow several.
They're tracked independently, so hitting one doesn't affect the other.
One path still needs your approval
A guest you register yourself, or one who uses a link you send, is active immediately — there's nothing to do. The one exception: if your guest submits their own request using your Guest Code on the public request page, it sits pending until you approve it. Their vehicle isn't cleared to park until you do.
