Households registering multiple vehicles are responsible for proper permit to vehicle assignment as outlined in the installation letter. Permits feature a tamper-proof design and become invalid if removed or damaged. While they do not expire, residents must repurchase lost or stolen permits at their own expense. Strict installation guidelines must be followed to avoid violations, including proper placement on the designated window. Permits are $25 per vehicle, limited to 3 max per household.
Residents must purchase one guest hanger for overnight visitors to stay in designated areas only. This option eliminates the need to submit guest safelist requests online with 2-7 days prior notice that may not be approved in time. With a guest hanger, residents can safelist guests that stay on short notice with no approval necessary. Duration limitations in accordance to your communities parking rules apply. Lost hangers become invalid and must be repurchased at the residents expense. Guest Hangers are $35 per household.
Households are limited to registering a maximum of three (3) vehicles as per your HOA parking rules.
Your HOA retains full authority over all program rules and enforcement, while Goldgar manages day-to-day administration. For complete details, refer to your parking rules, parking program letter, or contact your HOA directly.
Once your purchase is complete, your registered vehicles will be immediately added to our safe list and will not receive parking permit violations - even before your physical permit arrives (if applicable). Depending on your communities program, permits are either shipped or installed directly onto your vehicle by our inspectors. Processing typically takes 3-5 business days and shipping, if applies, takes 2-5 business days, but these timelines do not affect your protection. Your vehicles are safeguarded against permit-related violations as soon as your payment is processed, so you're covered while waiting for your permit to arrive in the mail.
