When Do You Need This?

The Vehicle Pass Renewal is required for any situation where your existing permit needs to be replaced or your vehicle needs to be swapped — not for first-time registrations.

You cannot find your parking permit decal. Purchase a renewal to submit a Lost Permit request and receive a replacement.

Your Dashboard Unlocks

Within a few minutes of checkout, the relevant request option appears on your Accounts Dashboard. Go to account.goldgarusa.com and tap the affected vehicle card.

Submit Your Request

Select the appropriate request type from the vehicle actions menu — Lost Permit, Replace Vehicle, or the applicable option. Fill in the form and submit. Your request goes directly to the Goldgar USA admin team.

Approval & New Permit Issued

Goldgar USA reviews and approves your request, typically within 1–2 business days. Your dashboard updates with the new permit number. A new physical decal is shipped to your address. Remove and destroy the old one.
