Stays have Time Limits

Stays are subject to your communities bylaws for durations. Residents are recommended to use their guest hangers instead, if applicable.

Submission Approval

Requests are received immediately and approvals are given automatically. Residents must ensure these requests are in accordance to their community guidelines.

Inform your Guest

Guest vehicles are still subject to the parking bylaws of your community. They must adhere to spot designations and parking rules to avoid violations.

Guest Safelist FAQs

Guest stays that range from 1 night up to 2 nights do not need to be registered online when residents have a guest hanger.

Guest hangers are available to purchase here and are limited to one per household.

Since guest hangers can be used to safelist guest up to 3 days, this form is only for safelisting guest stays beyond 3 days.

The limits to the length of a guests extended stay are dependent of the rules your communities HOA. Each request to safelist a guests extended stay is reviewed by the board and approved or denied by them.

Typically, stays of 1-2 weeks are approved with no issue. Stays longer than 2 weeks are scrutinized more and will require the board to asses these requests on a case by case basis.
