What is this app?

The Goldgar USA Guest Parking App lets registered residents with an active Guest Pass share guest parking access with their visitors β€” all from their phone or computer. No paper forms, no phone calls. Guest hour and stay limits are set by your community's HOA; Goldgar USA enforces them here.

  • Give guests a personal code to submit parking requests directly
  • Review and approve or deny those requests in real time
  • Track how much guest parking time you've used this month
Resident
You have an account, a guest code, and a dashboard. You approve guest requests and manage your parking allowance.
Guest
No account needed. Your host gives you a code. You go to the request form, enter it, and submit your vehicle. Your host approves it β€” then you're good to park.

Do I have access to this app?

Access is available only to residents who have completed their Goldgar USA account registration, hold at least one active Vehicle Pass, and have purchased a current Guest Pass. Simply creating an account on the website does not give you access.

Verified account + Vehicle Pass + Guest Pass
You should have full access. If you don't, there may be a brief activation delay. Contact Goldgar USA and we'll get it sorted quickly.
Missing a Guest Pass
Purchase a Guest Pass from the Goldgar USA store (monthly, bi-annual, or yearly). Contact Goldgar USA if you need help getting started β€” don't contact your community HOA for account questions.

Log In

Go to goldgarusa.com/pages/my-account using the email address your account is registered under. Once signed in, open the Guest Parking App to access your dashboard.

Find Your Guest Code

Your Guest Code is a short code like G-1234 or V-5678. Share it with guests so they can submit parking requests on your behalf.

  • Open the Guest Parking App while logged in
  • Tap the View Guest Code button near the top of the dashboard
  • A popup shows your code β€” tap it to copy it instantly
  • Your code also appears on your account profile page under the Guest Parking section

Share Your Code With Your Guest

You have two ways to share access with your guest:

Option A β€” Send a Pre-Filled Link (Recommended)
  • Tap Send Link to Guest on your dashboard
  • Pick the parking start and end dates/times
  • Tap Generate Link β€” a pre-filled link is created with your code and dates already locked in
  • Copy or share the link directly to your guest via text or email
  • Your guest opens the link and only needs to enter their vehicle info β€” no code entry needed
Option B β€” Share the Code Manually
Keep your code private β€” only share with guests you trust. Anyone with your code can submit a request on your behalf.

Review Guest Requests

When a guest submits a request using your code, you'll get a notification and it will appear in your dashboard under "Guest Parking Requests."

  • Approve — your guest's vehicle is cleared to park
  • ✎ Edit Dates β€” adjust start or end time before approving
  • βœ• Deny β€” declines the request
Requests do not auto-approve. You must review and approve each one.

Understanding Your Guest Parking Limit

Every community has a monthly or yearly limit. Your dashboard shows a usage bar so you can see how much time you've used and how much you have left.

If a guest's request would exceed your remaining limit, the app will notify you. You can edit the dates to shorten the stay, then approve.

Managing your guests

Your dashboard organizes guest vehicles by month, with current stays at the top. You can edit or cancel a stay anytime.

  • Current stays appear at the top
  • Past stays are grouped by month so you can browse your history easily
  • Edit start or end time on any upcoming or current stay
  • Cancel a stay that hasn't ended yet

I'm a guest β€” how do I submit a request?

Three simple steps. No account or login needed.

Get the Code From Your Host

Ask the resident you're visiting for their Guest Code β€” it looks like G-1234 or V-5678. You cannot submit a request without it.

Open the Guest Parking Request Form

Go to: goldgarusa.com/pages/guest-parking-request

You do not need an account or login. If your host sent you a link, just tap it β€” the form will pre-fill your host's info and dates automatically.

The experience differs slightly depending on how your host shared access:

If your host sent you a direct link
  • The community, address, and dates are already filled in and locked β€” you only need to enter your vehicle info
  • Enter your license plate, make, model, color, and name
  • Tap Submit Request
  • Your vehicle is registered immediately β€” no waiting for host approval
If your host gave you the code to enter manually
  • Step 1: Select community β†’ type address β†’ enter the Guest Code β†’ tap Verify Code
  • Step 2: Review the community parking rules β†’ tap Continue
  • Step 3: Enter your vehicle info and parking dates β†’ tap Submit Request
  • Your host will be notified and must approve before your vehicle is cleared to park
You'll see a confirmation screen once submitted. You do not receive a confirmation email β€” your host handles the approval (unless the link they sent was pre-approved, in which case you're good to go immediately).

Extended or Special Request Stays

Need to host a guest longer than your community's monthly or yearly hours allow? You can request an extended stay for our team to review.

When to use an Extended or Special Request Stay:
  • Family or friends visiting for a long weekend, holiday, or special event
  • An out-of-town guest staying beyond your standard guest-hours allotment
  • Any stay that would push you over your monthly or yearly hours
How it works:
  • Tap + Register Guest on the Guest Parking dashboard and choose Request Extended or Special Stay
  • Fill in the vehicle info, requested dates, and a reason explaining why you need more time
  • The request goes to the Goldgar USA admin inbox for manual review
  • The admin may approve, deny, or adjust the dates β€” you'll see the result on your dashboard
⚠ Not immediate β€” allow several days

Extended stay requests are reviewed manually and can take several days to approve. Submit well in advance of when the guest will arrive. If the vehicle parks before the request is approved, it may still receive a violation.

Approved extended stays don't count against your normal guest-parking limit.

Guest Codes
You can find your Guest Code in two places:

1. Guest Parking App dashboard β€” go to goldgarusa.com/pages/guest-parking-app while logged in, then tap the View Guest Code button at the top.

2. Your account profile β€” go to goldgarusa.com/account and look for the Guest Parking section.

The code looks like G-1234 or V-5678. If you don't see one in either place, contact us and we'll add it right away.
The easiest way is to use the Send Link to Guest button on your dashboard β€” set the parking dates, generate a pre-filled link, and send it. Your guest just taps the link and fills in their vehicle info, no code entry needed.

Alternatively, text or email them your code (e.g. G-1234) and have them go to goldgarusa.com/pages/guest-parking-request to submit manually.
Contact us to request a new Guest Code. Once changed, any guests who had the old code will need to be given the new one.
Double-check the code including dashes (e.g. G-1234, not G1234). If it still doesn't work, contact us β€” there may be a setup issue we can fix in a few minutes.
Each account is linked to one Guest Code. Contact us if you have a special need for multiple codes and we'll discuss options.
Resident Account
It may take a short time for the Guest Pass tag to attach to your account, or your setup may need to be completed manually. Contact Goldgar USA at (954) 902-4442 and we'll sort it out quickly.
Contact us with your correct address and we'll update it. This is a quick fix on our end β€” usually done within the same call or email.
Try resetting your password at goldgarusa.com/pages/my-account using the "Forgot password" link. If that doesn't work, contact us.
Contact us β€” this is a quick fix on our end. Have your account email ready when you reach out.
No β€” each address has exactly one account with one email address. All guest parking requests, approvals, and app access for that unit are managed through that single account. If multiple people in a household need to manage guest parking, they should log in using the same registered email address. If you need to change the email on file, see the next question.
You can update your email by going to your account profile page and editing your email address there. You can also contact us and we can update it on our end.

Your history is preserved. When your email is updated, all your past guest parking registrations and your guest code stay linked to your account β€” nothing is lost and no duplicate account is created.
Submitting Requests
Log in and go to your Guest Parking dashboard. Pending requests appear at the top under "Guest Parking Requests." You'll also receive an email notification.
There is no automatic expiration, but we recommend approving promptly so your guest's vehicle is registered before they park.
No β€” the vehicle is only active in the parking system after you approve the request. Please approve before your guest arrives.
Yes. In your dashboard, tap the ✎ Edit button on the pending request to adjust the start and end time, then approve.
Deny it immediately from your dashboard, then contact us to change your Guest Code. Reach out if you are concerned about unauthorized use.
Time Limits
Guest parking limits (hours per month, consecutive stay length, etc.) are set by your community's HOA β€” Goldgar USA just enforces them in the app. Your dashboard shows a usage bar with your current limit and how much you have left. Tap the β„Ή button next to the bar to see the rules set by your HOA.
You won't be able to approve new guest requests until your limit resets. You can still edit the dates on a pending request to fit within your remaining time, then approve that shorter stay.
Tap + Register Guest on the Guest Parking dashboard and pick Request Extended or Special Stay. Fill in the vehicle info, requested dates, and a reason β€” the admin will review it manually. Allow several days for approval. If you have questions, contact us at (954) 902-4442.
App Not Working
Try refreshing the page. Clear your browser cache or try a different browser if it still doesn't load. Contact us at (954) 902-4442 if the problem continues.
Take a screenshot of the error and contact us β€” we can usually resolve these quickly.
Try logging out and back in. If the problem continues, clear your browser cookies for goldgarusa.com or try a different browser. Contact us if it persists.
Notifications
Yes β€” you will receive an email when a guest submits a request using your code. Make sure the email address on your account is current so you don't miss it.
Guests do not receive email confirmations β€” only you (the resident) get notified. Your guest can assume their request was submitted if they saw the confirmation screen after tapping Submit.

Always approve the request before your guest parks

Once you approve a guest's stay, their vehicle is cleared to park in your community for the window you approved. A request you haven't approved yet is not cleared — your guest could receive a violation if they park before approval.

Important: A guest request that is still pending is not yet cleared for parking. Always approve it before your guest arrives.
