Data Sharing Opt-Out

Goldgar Services Inc — Last Updated: April 12, 2026

Your Privacy Rights

Goldgar Services Inc. respects your right to make informed choices about how your personal information is used and shared. This page explains what data we collect and share, with whom, and for what purposes — and provides a mechanism for you to request limitations on the sharing of your personal information where applicable law permits.

Please read this page carefully. Because Goldgar operates a community management and parking enforcement platform, some sharing of your information with third parties is inherently necessary to provide the services you have contracted for and cannot be restricted without materially affecting your ability to use those services.

What Personal Information We Collect

In connection with your use of goldgarusa.com and the services available through this website, Goldgar collects and processes the following categories of personal information:

Identity & Contact Information

Full legal name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, resident status (homeowner or tenant), and government-issued photographic identification (driver’s license or state ID) submitted during account registration.

Vehicle Information

Vehicle make, model, color, license plate number, vehicle registration expiration date, and permit numbers associated with each registered vehicle on your account.

Guest Parking Records

Guest vehicle information (make, model, color, license plate), requested stay dates and durations, usage history, and guest code verification records associated with your account’s guest parking program.

Transaction & Account Records

Purchase history, permit plan type, account status, pending request history, and administrative decisions (approvals, denials, extensions) associated with your account.

Uploaded Documents

Driver’s license images and vehicle registration documents uploaded during registration or vehicle change-request processes. These documents are stored temporarily in a secure, access-controlled environment and are permanently purged upon the conclusion of the applicable administrative review.

Who We Share Your Information With

Goldgar shares personal information only with parties necessary to administer the community parking and enforcement programs you have enrolled in. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. The categories of recipients are as follows:

Community Associations & HOA Boards

Your name, address, vehicle records, permit status, and request history are accessible to the board and authorized representatives of the community association governing your registered property, for the purpose of administering and enforcing the community’s parking program.

Parking Enforcement Inspectors

Authorized Goldgar inspectors and enforcement personnel have access to vehicle registration records and active guest parking records (including guest vehicle license plates, stay dates, and associated resident information) through the Goldgar inspector portal for the purpose of verifying parking compliance at community properties.

Platform & Infrastructure Providers

Goldgar utilizes third-party infrastructure providers — including Shopify Inc., Microsoft Azure, Microsoft SharePoint Online, and Vercel Inc. — to store, process, and transmit personal data in connection with the operation of this platform. These providers process your data only as directed by Goldgar and in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.

Legal & Regulatory Authorities

Goldgar may disclose personal information to law enforcement agencies, courts, regulatory bodies, or other governmental authorities when required to do so by applicable law, court order, subpoena, or other legal process, or when Goldgar reasonably believes such disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Goldgar, its clients, or the public.

Important — Service Impact of Opting Out

Because Goldgar’s core services — parking permit administration, enforcement, and guest parking management — depend entirely on sharing your vehicle and residential information with community associations and authorized enforcement personnel, opting out of data sharing will materially limit or fully suspend your ability to participate in the programs and services associated with your account.

Specifically, requesting an opt-out of required operational data sharing may result in: (i) suspension or revocation of your vehicle permit registrations; (ii) removal from the active guest parking safelist, exposing your guests to enforcement actions; (iii) inability to process new vehicle registration or change requests; and (iv) loss of access to the resident portal and associated services. No refund shall be issued in connection with any service limitation resulting from an opt-out request.

If you have questions about which specific data-sharing activities can be limited without affecting your service access, please contact us at Info@goldgarusa.com before submitting a request.

Categories of Data Sharing

Cannot Be Opted Out Of

Enforcement & Compliance Sharing

Sharing of your vehicle registration details, permit status, and guest parking records with community association personnel and authorized enforcement inspectors is required for the delivery of Goldgar’s core services and cannot be restricted without suspending your service participation.

Administrative Review Sharing

Sharing of your account information, submitted documents, and pending request details with Goldgar administrative personnel and the applicable community association board during the review and approval of registration and change requests is a mandatory component of the approval process.

Legally Mandated Disclosure

Disclosures required by applicable law, court order, subpoena, or regulatory authority cannot be prevented by an opt-out request regardless of the category of data involved.

Can Be Opted Out Of

Marketing & Promotional Communications

You may opt out of receiving promotional emails, service announcements unrelated to your active account or permits, and non-transactional marketing communications from Goldgar at any time by submitting a request as described below or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any promotional email.

Non-Essential Analytics

You may request that your usage data and interaction patterns not be used for aggregate analytics, service improvement studies, or non-operational reporting. This opt-out does not affect any data sharing required for the delivery of your services.

Voluntary Third-Party Sharing

To the extent Goldgar shares your information with any third party for purposes other than those directly required for service delivery or legal compliance, you may request that such sharing be discontinued. Note that Goldgar does not sell personal information to third parties for advertising or commercial purposes.

Your Privacy Rights Under Applicable Law

Depending on your state of residence, you may have certain rights with respect to your personal information under applicable law, including the Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA), Fla. Stat. § 501.171, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.100 et seq., and other applicable state privacy statutes. These rights may include:

Right to Know. The right to request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information Goldgar has collected about you, the sources of that information, the business purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom it has been shared.

Right to Correct. The right to request correction of inaccurate personal information maintained in Goldgar’s records, subject to verification of your identity and the accuracy of the corrected information.

Right to Delete. The right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable exceptions including information necessary for the performance of contracts, legal compliance, enforcement of legal claims, or the prevention of fraud. Account deletion requests that would require removal of active permit or enforcement records may be denied where such records are required to be retained.

Right to Opt Out of Sale. Goldgar does not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary consideration. You nonetheless have the right to request confirmation of this practice and to object to any future sale should our practices change.

Right to Non-Discrimination. Goldgar will not discriminate against you for exercising any of the privacy rights described herein, except to the extent that a restriction on data sharing necessarily affects Goldgar’s ability to provide the service, as described above.

How to Submit an Opt-Out or Privacy Request

To submit an opt-out request, a request to know, a correction request, or a deletion request, please contact Goldgar Services in writing. To ensure your request is processed accurately, all requests must include: (i) your full legal name; (ii) the email address associated with your account; (iii) the property address associated with your account; and (iv) a description of the specific data-sharing activity or personal information category to which your request pertains.

Goldgar will respond to verifiable requests within forty-five (45) days of receipt. If additional time is required, Goldgar will notify you of the extension and the reason for the delay. Goldgar reserves the right to deny requests that cannot be verified, that conflict with Goldgar’s legal obligations, or that would require the removal of information necessary to perform services you have contracted for.
