This is your key to the Guest Parking system. One pass unlocks the app for the timeframe you choose — then you register as many guest vehicles as your community allows, as often as you need. Only the Yearly pass adds a physical guest hanger.

Your payment opens the Guest Parking app for your chosen timeframe — monthly, bi-annual, or yearly. That's what the price covers.

Register as many guests as allowed

While your pass is active, register as many guest vehicles as your community permits — within your community's limits — at no extra charge.

Yearly adds a physical hanger

Only the Yearly pass includes a physical guest hanger, mailed to you — a convenient alternative to online registration. Monthly & bi-annual are app-only.

Physical Guest Hanger Included

The Yearly Guest Pass ships a physical guest hanger to your registered community address — use it to wave a guest in instead of registering online every time. Guests display it on their rearview mirror during their stay. Monthly and bi-annual passes are app-only. Replacement hangers: $50.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is effective immediately. Upon cancellation, guest parking privileges and your guest code are revoked. Disputes and refunds also result in immediate access revocation. No partial refunds are issued for unused time. Contact Goldgar USA with any questions.
