Permits feature a tamper-proof design and become invalid if removed or damaged. While they do not expire, residents must repurchase lost or stolen permits at their own expense. Strict installation guidelines must be followed to avoid violations, including proper placement on the designated window. Permits are $25 per vehicle.
Optional: Residents may purchase only one guest hanger for overnight visitors to stay in designated areas only. This option eliminates the need to submit guest safelist requests online with 2-7 days prior notice that may not be approved in time. With a guest hanger, residents can safelist guests that stay on short notice with no approval necessary. Duration limitations in accordance to your communities parking rules apply. Lost hangers become invalid and must be repurchased at the residents expense. Guest Hangers are $35 per household.
