Goldgar USA has two products: a Vehicle Pass that opens a registration slot for a vehicle you own, and a Guest Pass that unlocks the Guest Parking app so you can manage visitors. Purchase either or both — they are sold separately.
Vehicle Pass
Register one vehicle that you own and that lives at your community address. Each Vehicle Pass ships with an official Goldgar USA parking permit decal.
Guest Pass
Unlock the Goldgar USA Guest Parking app to register guest vehicles, manage visitor stays, and share instant guest codes. Includes a physical guest hanger — pick the plan that matches how long you need access.
1. Create Your Goldgar USA Account
Sign up at goldgarusa.com with your community address and verify your identity. One account per address.
2. Purchase a Pass
Add a Vehicle Pass and/or Guest Pass to your cart. Vehicle Passes open vehicle slots; Guest Passes unlock the Guest Parking app. They are sold separately and you only buy what you need.
3. Register & Manage
Register your vehicles (covered by a Vehicle Pass) or guest vehicles (managed with a Guest Pass) from your dashboard. Physical permits ship to your address.
Parking Permit Decal (with Vehicle Pass)
Display on your vehicle at all times while parked in your community. Replacement: $25.
Guest Parking Hanger (with Guest Pass)
Guests display this on their rearview mirror during their stay. Replacement: $50.
